If you decide to manually fulfill an order in your Shopify panel, your customer will automatically receive an email informing them that the order has been shipped when it would not be true.

When we ship the order, we will automatically mark the order as fulfilled on your shop, so you mustn’t do it manually: we will no longer be able to push the tracking information to the order -if you opted for tracking- if this one is marked as fulfilled.

Please note you also have to choose "manual order processing" in your Shopify panel, as explained in our step by step tutorial.
