When one of your customer places an order, we wait a minimum of 24 hours before considering it as validated (in case of change of opinion or change of address for example).

During this delay, you will see the order as "open" / "pending" in the T-Pop dashboard.

You have the possibility to cancel the order while it is in this pending state, no fee will be charged.

Once the order is validated, it goes into production within 72 hours for all products in stock.

Please note that we do not place orders in production on weekends (Saturday + Sunday) or French holidays.

For products not in stock, the delay is variable and is indicated on the product sheet.
