When we fulfilled your orders, we automatically push order tracking link to your store.
Please keep in mind the tracking may not reflect any action for up to 48 hours (on working days) after the order has been shipped.
To track your orders, you need to use our platform (the tracking of Shopify / WooCommerce / Etsy is not necessarily up to date).
Simply go ahead your T-Pop dashboard, then click on "Orders" then on "Order details"
On the order details page, you will find the tracking link:
The carrier's tracking service is sometimes imprecise: your parcels may already be in the customer hands whereas the tracking indicates that the parcel has just been picked up.
Please contact us only if your package has been shipped for more than 21 days.
