When a customer places an order on your e-commerce site, you receive the payment in the traditional way (Paypal, Stripe, Apple Pay and so on): payment is done directly from your customer to your bank (or Paypal for instance) account.

T-Pop charges merchants for orders when they are sent to production.

So, when an order comes in to T-Pop from your store, T-Pop will charges the card you linked inside the T-Pop platform at the wholesale price of the product(s) + shipping charges, at the moment the order is sent to production.

An invoice download button will be shown as soon as the order will be on production on the orders list.

Everything is done automatically, to make your job as easy as possible.

If you decide to cancel an order before we've sent it to production, you will not be charged for it.
