When we put your order in production, we try to collect the amount set aside for it.
If the payment fails (insufficient funds or expired card) your order will be marked on hold and you will be notified with an email.
No fees are charged in this case but your order will only be processed when payment will be possible.
In this case, you must take the appropriate steps to solve the problem: you can take the necessary steps with your bank or update your card in your T-Pop dashboard.
Once you have done the necessary, you just have to click on "Retry payment" within the order management page.
The process is automatic, no need to contact us: we will try to place your order again in production (be patient, this step can take 1 to 2 weekdays).
