How to add my own logo on the customer notification emails?
With Shopify, it's fast and easy to do! Go to the settings of your store and click on Notifications On the next page, click Customize Then, on the personalization page you can send your logo and change the dominant color of your emails. Be careful, this does not dispense you to add your logo inside the T-Pop app: the logo sent in the app will be used on packing slips.
Why you should never click on " Mark as fulfilled" in Shopify.
If you decide to manually fulfill an order in your Shopify panel, your customer will automatically receive an email informing them that the order has been shipped when it would not be true. When we ship the order, we will automatically mark the order as fulfilled on your shop, so you mustn’t do it manually: we will no longer be able to push the tracking information to the order -if you opted for tracking- if this one is marked as fulfilled.
